HDGHA is always pleased to welcome new vendors!
Quality, price and delivery are our main considerations and we encourage vendors to work with us to achieve those ends. Our objective is to obtain the maximum value within applicable Federal Standards, HUD Regulations and State law.
This information should assist you in understanding our organization, objectives, procedures and policies. The Procurement Division acts as a liaison between vendors and various Authority offices. Please contact the Procurement Officer Assistant, Shannon Scott, via phone or email at 410-939-2097 or email@example.com to schedule an appointment to discuss your business and our needs.
The Procurement Division posts notices of Invitations for Bids (IFB), Request for Proposals (RFP) and Request for Qualifications (RFQ) on this website and in local newspapers for RFP's and IFB's.
Businesses interested in doing business with the Authority are encouraged to complete and submit the HDGHA Vendor Application and IRS form W-9 along with your business license, if applicable and proof of insurance.
Documentation can be returned to The Procurement Division in one of the following ways:
Mail: Contracts/Procurement Office, 101 Stansbury Court, Havre de Grace, MD 21078
Once the required documentation is received, the information will be placed in the Authority's vendor data base for future reference. All current solicitations can be found on the Authority's web site at www.hdgha.org under procurement opportunities. Vendors interested in doing business with the Authority must have the appropriate contractor's license with the appropriate designations and appropriate insurance coverage. We look forward to the opportunity of doing business with your organization.
