Doing Business with HDGHA

HDGHA is always pleased to welcome new vendors!
Quality, price and delivery are our main considerations and we encourage vendors to work with us to achieve those ends. Our objective is to obtain the maximum value within applicable Federal Standards, HUD Regulations and State law.

This information should assist you in understanding our organization, objectives, procedures and policies. The Procurement Division acts as a liaison between vendors and various Authority offices. The Procurement Division posts notices of Invitations for Bids (IFB), Request for Proposals (RFP) and Request for Qualifications (RFQ) on this website and in local newspapers for RFP's and IFB's.

Businesses interested in doing business with the Authority are encouraged to complete and submit the HDGHA Vendor Application and IRS form W-9 along with your business license, if applicable and proof of insurance.

Once the required documentation is received, the information will be placed in the Authority's vendor data base for future reference. All current solicitations can be found on the Authority's web site at www.hdgha.org under procurement opportunities. Vendors interested in doing business with the Authority must have the appropriate contractor's license with the appropriate designations and appropriate insurance coverage.
